Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku has held their first live at Nippon Seinenkan named “Jyaa Best Ten” on July 1. They showed 3-hour-long hot performances including first public performance of new single and unit songs in their first solo live at the hall.

The host and hostess counted down the imaginary ranking of their songs from the 18th place in the way famous TV music show did in the 80’s. They performed “The Tissue: Tomaranai Seishun” which ranked in the 18th place and one more song. The audience cheered loud and got excited.

Ebichu dominated the ranking from the 18th to the 12th places! In the 11th place, sub-culture principal of Ebichu ranked covering CHEMISTRY and performed through live broadcast. “Go! Go! Here We Go! Rock Lee”, an ending theme song for TV animation “NARUTO SD: Rock Lee no Seishun Full-Power Ninden” ranked in the 10th place. The single is to be released in August and was performed in front of the audience for the first time. For the animation is the story of “Ninja”, they jumped and danced prettily like Ninja with their hands.

New songs from the units occupied the ranking from the 7th to the 3rd places. “Kore de Iinoda!” by Natsurika formed by Rika Mayama and Natsu Anno ranked in the 5th place. “Anta” by Snack no Mama to Nagashi formed by Aika Hirota and HYADAIN ranked in the 6th place. Mizuki, Mirei and Hirono sang traditional idol song “Kamisama no Iutoori” which ranked in the 5th place.

In the 2nd place “Utae! Odore! Ebi Dada!” ranked in. DADA, a three-faces phantom appearing in “ULTRAMAN” joined the members and attracted the audience with fantastic dance.

The honor of the 1st place went to “Kari Keiyaku no Cinderella”. The live continued even after all the songs in the ranking were announced. They performed “Uretai Emotion!” and the audiences started to cheer once they heard its introduction. They continued to perform 3 songs including “Agero! Ebi furai” which further excited the audience and concluded the live.

For encore, they performed “Fure! Fure! Psyllium” to which everyone at the venue waved white psyllium lights and came together. Each member told how they felt at the live to the audience:
Mizuki said “We’ve never set our goals!” Natsu thanked the audience with tears “I couldn’t perform unit song well even the day before the live. But I could enjoy singing the song because you all were smiling.” Hirono said hesitantly “My voice is still not so big, but your cheers will give me confidence and bigger voice.” The last one was Aika who said “I believe Ebichu is like a big round tree which contains the uniqueness of each member inside. As the tree grows, those uniquenesses will arise from the trunk like branches. The buds will emerge from those branches, the flowers will grow from the buds and turn into the fruits someday. We’ll try our best to be able to make fruits.” She appreciated the audience “Thank you very much!” in a voice loud enough to reach the far end of the venue without microphone.

The audience asked for more and they performed “Kari Keiyaku no Cinderella” again unexpectedly. They had been performing almost 3 and half hours but they looked powerful as though their performances until then had been just the preparation exercise. They have just started to follow the glorious path of “King of School’s Arts Festival”.
