Hello! Project has started its regular summer tour “Hello! Project 15th anniversary live in summer　2012” from Osaka ORIX Theatre. On July 21, the first day of the tour, it was announced Erina Mano would graduate from Hello! Project after the solo concert to be held on February 23, 2013. She would continue to work as an actress and singer after her graduation.

30 artists from Hello! Project’s Morning Musume。, Berryz KOBO, Erina Mano, S/mileage and Aika Mitsui along with selected apprentices from Hello! Project are going to perform in summer tour of Hello! Project 2012. The tour had got much attention and expectation before it started; Berryz KOBO and ℃-ute would perform their new songs together for the first time, new born units Peaberry and DIY♡ would appear on stage and Yu Kikkawa, a graduate of Hello! Pro Egg would make guest appearance. 　

In the beginning of the afternoon show on the very first day, Erina Mano announced surprising news: “After the New Year’s concert with Hello! Project and solo concert at Nakano Sunplaza on February 23, 2013, I will graduate from Hello! Project.” On that moment full audiences of around 2,400 raised their voices in surprise, which moved the Orix Theatre upside down.

Erina Mano has announced in her comment that she would try even harder in singing and acting to expand her ground of expression after the graduation. She has moved upward step by step gaining acclaims for her works. It can be said she has made her one step forward as an artist to reach the higher ground.

I, Erina Mano will graduate from Hello! Project after the New Year’s concert with Hello! Project and solo concert at Nakano Sunplaza on February 23, 2013.

I’ve discussed with Tsunku♂　and staff about my future career since the beginning of his year. After the graduation, I’d like to pursue my potential and do even better in singing and acting as an artist.

In these 4 years as a solo artist, I’ve experienced a lot. 4 years are very short period in the long history of Hello! Project, though. Since I joined the Project I’d always wanted to belong, I could make solo debut and have experienced happy, funny or regrettable moments.

From now on I’d like to challenge things for my dreams and goals with more courage than ever and realize them by myself. I hope you would continue to support Erina Mano as before.

“Hello! Project 15th anniversary live in summer 2012” will be held at Nippon Tokushu Togyo Bunka Shimin Kaikan Forest Hall in Aichi on August 4 and 5. On August 11, 12, 18 and 19, afternoon and evening shows will be held at Nakano Sunplaza in Tokyo.
